Ingredients: Wheat gluten, corn starch (low glycemic), wheat flour enriched (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour, ascorbic acid), leavening (baking soda, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate), corn flour, buttermilk, salt, natural flavors.

Recommended Use: YOU WILL NEED: 1/2 cup mix, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 egg, 1/2 cup water. PANCAKES: COMBINE ingredients with whisk or fork until blended. POUR onto a non-stick or lightly greased griddle on medium heat. COOK until bubbles form on surface, then flip. Cook until golden brown.  WAFFLES: COMBINE ingredients with whisk or fork until blended. POUR onto hot, lightly greased waffle iron. COOK until steaming stops.
