This delicious mix, when prepared, will make you think its loaded with sugary carbs! Traditional yellow cake texture and flavor – mix in eggs, sour cream and butter* and bake for 25 minutes. Just add water to make fluffy frosting with the frosting mix packet or butter to make real butter cream frosting if you prefer. Either way, you have a super good tasting cake & frosting.  This proves you don’t need to have a low carb birthday to celebrate with a great frosted dessert cake

*For fat free version, use 1/2 cup fat free sour cream and egg whites – omit butter.
