Attention: AK, HI, US Territories, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and the DFW Area, Rates are a per box rate. Sugarless deLite will make every attempt to ship in one box; however, large orders with breakables do sometimes require a second box be used in shipping.
Summer Shipping Policy (May-September)
- Due to the hot weather in Texas during these months, orders that contain perishable items (Chocolates, Protein Bars, Pecan Bars, Cheesecakes, etc.) In the summer months we require that orders with chocolates have cold shipping with an extra $5.99 cost to shipping. This is to prevent the chocolates from melting in the summer heat. Below is the shipping rates if your order contains perishables in the summer.

- Orders that contain perishable items may be held for shipping until the following Monday if doing so will prevent the package from sitting in a UPS warehouse over the weekend.
Sugarless deLite does not ship internationally. We do ship to APO/FPO
To the men and women of the United States Military and their families: Sugarless deLite Inc. will not charge any shipping above the actual cost to any APO/FPO locations. Thank you for your service!
Using regular UPS Ground shipping method:
Please refer to the shipping map to determine the estimated number of days for arrival. If we receive your order by 12 P.M. CT, then we are typically able to send it out within one day. However, sometimes special orders such as bakery items might require an extra day or two to allow us to bake items fresh for your order. This option is the default shipping method for non P.O. Box addresses.
AK, HI, Territories, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes:
Sugarless deLite attempts to keep the shipping cost as low as possible; however, we will charge up to the amount listed. Most of our mainland customers will see a much lower shipping charge that is more inline with our standard UPS shipping rates. At our discretion, we may choose to send your package parcel post; however, most of our shipments will ship Priority Mail to these addresses.
Product Availability:
Sugarless deLite makes every effort to maintain items in stock; however, if at the time of your purchase an item that you have ordered is out, then we will make an effort to substitute appropriate items for a gift. We will contact you for personal orders.
Please remember that all delivery dates will depend on the shipping method selected and the day of the week we receive your order.
Green Shipping:
Sugarless deLite is interested in helping both our local and global environment. When shipping to an individual who has ordered for themselves, we will attempt to use a recycled cardboard box for shipping from shipments that we have received in the store. We will not use boxes that have had direct contact with food products. Boxes that are unused for future shipping are recycled. We encourage all recipients to recycle their boxes as well. Items that are shipped as gifts will be shipped in a new cardboard box.
Damaged Shipment Policy:
You must notify us of any packages that are damaged during shipping within 48 hours (2 business days). You mail email us your notification at: sugarless.delite@gmail.com. Please include your tracking number for the package and the recipients name and address.

Thanks for shopping at Sugarless deLite. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
